Never Never Classic Gin Martini Cocktail

We're Yet To Find A Style Of Martini We Don't Love. The Perfect Gin Cocktail For All Gin Lovers.

The martini is not a drink for everyone, but then again, not everyone’s for martinis so why not do something we like to drink. Without a doubt the best thing to come out of America. The martini is a classic, a drink to be savoured, cherished and drunk within 3 mouthfuls.

A martini is perhaps the drink most synonymous with bars if there ever was one. The combination of gin and vermouth is powerful, almost mythologised in the original bartending manuals dating back to 1888.

Since its invention, it's been a favourite for many significant figures. Alfred Hitchcock enjoyed his very dry, with just a "short glance at a bottle of vermouth." FDR famously travelled everywhere with his trusty martini kit, enjoying a classic serve.

Even Nikita Krushchev once stated they were "America's most lethal weapon."

And we hate to be "that person," but no martini should ever be shaken. Just because James Bond says it, doesn't mean its true. In fact ask any bartender for a shaken martini and watch as they recoil in disgust at the suggestion.

Martini Recipe Cocktail Drink Serve

60ml Never Never Triple Juniper Gin

10ml quality dry vermouth

2 dashes of orange bitters

Garnish with two cocktail onions on a skewer
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir the drink until a frost develops on the outside of the mixing glass. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with olives or cocktail onions (I know right, weird, but try it, it’s really delicious).
