Never Never Martini

Without a doubt the best thing to come out of America. The Gibson martini embraces a slightly more savoury twist, using pickled cocktail onions as a garnish. The Gibson is not a martini for everyone, but then again, not everyone’s for martinis so why not do something we like to drink.
 
60ml Never Never Triple Juniper Gin

10ml quality dry vermouth

2 dashes of orange bitters

Garnish with two cocktail onions on a skewer
 
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir the drink until a frost develops on the outside of the mixing glass. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with cocktail onions (I know right, wierd, but try it, it’s really delicious).
