About the Recipe

The espresso martini has been an icon since the 80s and now we've got the perfect vodka to make a Never Never rendition.

Shake it hard, strain it neat, and watch the frothy crown form. Don't forget to garnish with a few coffee beans, and enjoy the sophisticated classic cocktail.

Ingredients

50mL Never Never Signature Vodka

◆

25mL Coffee Liqueur

◆

25mL Freshly brewed espresso

◆

10mL Simple syrup

◆

Ice

◆

3 coffee beans for garnish

Method

Step 1

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice

Step 2

Add Signature vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso and simple syrup and shake until frothy

Step 3

Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with three coffee beanson top

Step 4

Optional: For extra creaminess, double shake. First with ice, then a quick shake without ice to create a silky foam on top.
