About the Recipe

Coffee & Cacao Gin was created to make sensational Negronis and to work with the dark and often spicy flavours found in Italian sweet vermouth. It currently is the house Negroni at Bar Leone in Hong Kong and Shanghai.

30mL Campari

30ml Punt E Mes

◆

Orange Wedge Garnish

Method

Step 1

Stir over ice and pour over clear ice cube.

Step 2

Garnish with orange wedge.
