OYSTERPALOOZA IS BACK!

THE MOLLUSC MENAGERIE IS BACK for it's second year AT OUR DISTILLERY DOOR on the 5th and 6th of AUGUST, CELEBRATING THE PEAK OF pacific OYSTER SEASON.

Across the weekend there will be a feast for the senses where ticket holders will enjoy oysters and cocktails on arrival and specialist frozen gin tastings straight from the shell. 

There will be a special oyster menu that features paired cocktails including our Lime Leaf Gimlet and the Pacific Martini, both featuring our award-winning Oyster Shell Gin.

 

 

"You've heard of a shoey, well now we're bringing out the shellie"

 

We take ice-cold frozen Oyster Shell Gin and pour it into a freshly consumed oyster shell. You then down it in one, and enjoy the salted citrus character of our coastal gin. 

Fresh South Australian Oysters will be available all weekend for purchase in addition to the three included in your ticket price! 

There will be live music played across the entire weekend with local acts including Tommy Tequila.
