What drinks can I buy at the distillery? 

We offer our gin and tonic tasting flights on (almost) every day of the year! If you'd prefer to just have a few drinks at the distillery rather than a flight we offer a seasonal cocktail menu. Click HERE to view the current menu. 

Please note that Chalk Hill Wines, Cucina di Strada and Never Never Distilling Co. are separate businesses that all operate within the Chalk Hill Collective site.

Your deposit can be used for any purchase from the Never Never Distillery Door, but cannot be used for purchases from the other businesses onsite.

What food is available at the distillery?

Delicious Italian street food, coffee and sweets are provided at the Chalk Hill Collective by Cucina di Strada. This can be ordered, paid for and collected at their counter, which is located adjacent to our venue.

Please note that the Never Never Distillery Door is not a restaurant, but you are welcome to eat food purchased from Cucina di Strada when you visit us.

Can I bring more than your current booking limitations allow?

Unfortunately, no. The largest group we are currently able to accomodate at our distillery door is TEN PEOPLE on weekends and public holidays, and SIXTEEN PEOPLE on weekdays.

We are unable to split larger groups over several bookings. We will also be trading under COVID restrictions until further notice and having our booking limits allows us to manage capacity numbers. The only exception to these rules applies for private functions that are organised directly with our distillery staff. 

Do we offer function options?

We are currently working on our large group booking and functions offering, and hope to be launching this in late 2021. If you’d like to be the first to know when then goes live please sign up for our email subscriber list - we’ll be letting our database know as soon as this is available.

Do we offer weddings?

We do think this spot would be amazing for weddings, but we don’t currently take wedding bookings. 

Can I BYO?

We don’t allow BYO food (including birthday cakes), drinks, furniture, balloons or any other decorations onsite.

Can I visit the distillery for a celebration?

You can celebrate any event you like with us as long as you are respectful to everyone else on site. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove people not following this guidelines.

Can I bring my dog? 

Absolutely! If you trust your dog around food and children then please feel free to bring them with you. Please note that dogs are welcome on the lawn or outdoor terraced areas only, will have to remain on a leash and you are responsible for them at all times. Select "Bringing A Dog," when making your table booking.

Can I arrive by bus? 

Buses and mini-buses are welcome onsite with prior written arrangement with management, and must be attached to a reservation. Please email distillery@neverneverdistilling.com.au for more details. 

Licensed vehicles of any sort are not welcome. Groups that arrive on buses or mini-buses that have not been arranged with management, or groups that arrive in vehicles that are licensed to serve alcohol onboard, will be turned away on arrival.

COVID-19 TRADING RESTRICTIONS

Due to current COVID-19 restrictions and our reduced venue capacity we strongly recommend that all guests, including children, book prior to visiting our site. 

In the event of further COVID-19 related changes, we reserve the right to change the way service operates.
