What drinks can I buy at the distillery? 

We offer our tasting flights on (almost) every day of the year! If you'd prefer to just have a few casual drinks at the distillery rather than a tasting you can absolutely do that as well. Click HERE to view a sample menu. 

Please note that Chalk Hill Wines, Cucina di Strada and Never Never Distilling Co. are separate businesses that all operate within the Chalk Hill Collective site.

Your deposit can be used for any purchase from the Never Never Distillery Door, but cannot be used for purchases from the other businesses onsite.

What food is available at the distillery?

Delicious Italian street food, coffee and sweets are provided at the Chalk Hill Collective by Cucina di Strada. This can be ordered, paid for and collected at their counter, which is located adjacent to our venue.

Please note that the Never Never Distillery Door is not a restaurant, but you are welcome to eat food purchased from Cucina di Strada when you visit us.

Can I bring a large group to your distillery door?

The largest group that we currently take bookings for tastings or casual drinks at our distillery door is TEN PEOPLE on weekends and public holidays, and TWENTY PEOPLE on weekdays. Click HERE to make a booking!

All groups that are planning on travelling to our venue by mini-bus or similar must be dry (no alcohol served on board) and need to be attached to a reservation. 

If you would like to bring more people please email our friendly functions team at [email protected] and they will be able help you with available booking options. 

Please note that on certain dates over our peak trading period in December and January a maximum booking size of ten people may apply.

Do we offer function options?

We do! You can find more information via the link HERE to discuss this further with our friendly functions team.

Please note that we don't take bookings for 18th birthdays, hens or bucks shows or weddings. 

Can I BYO?

We are a fully licensed business and do not allow BYO drinks or food to be brought into the venue. 

If you would like to bring a cake to celebrate a special occasion, that can be arranged with our friends at Cucina di Strada for $3pp. 

Can I visit the distillery for a celebration?

You can celebrate almost any event you like with us as long as you are respectful to everyone else on site.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove people not following this guidelines. We do not currently accept reservations for Hen's or Bucks parties, 18th birthdays or weddings.

Do we offer weddings?

Unfortunately we don't take bookings for weddings at our distillery door.

Can I bring my dog?

Absolutely! If you trust your dog around food and children then please feel free to bring them with you. Please note that dogs are welcome on the lawn or outdoor terraced areas only, will have to remain on a leash and you are responsible for them at all times. Please select "Bringing A Dog" when making your table booking.

Can I arrive on a mini-bus?

Buses and mini-buses are welcome on site with prior arrangement with management and must be attached to a reservation. Please email [email protected] for more details. 

Licensed vehicles of any sort are not welcome. Groups that arrive on buses or mini-buses that have not been arranged with management, or groups that arrive in vehicles that are licensed to serve alcohol on board, will be turned away on arrival.
