Triple Juniper Gin

Our Triple Juniper Gin is the signature gin in our range. Bursting from the bottle with flavour this classic juniper-forward gin builds the best G&Ts and classic cocktails. Why? More flavour makes better gin. Better gin makes better drinks.

It’s called Triple Juniper Gin because we infuse flavour into this product in three very important ways. We call this the Triple Juniper Process.

The Triple Juniper Process is when juniper is firstly soaked in spirit for approximately 24 hours. This steep, along with fresh juniper is then added to the still prior to pot distillation. Lastly, even more juniper is added to the vapour basket to capture the fresh and floral juniper character.

Southern Strength Gin

Judged World’s Best Classic Gin, Southern Strength uses more citrus to create a fresher, brighter gin. As a stronger gin, there is more botanical flavour in the bottle. It’s a botanical blast of flavour with a luxurious mouthfeel.

This expression uses the Triple Juniper Process and elevates the lemon peel, coriander seed and angelica root. It uses exactly same number of botanicals as Triple Juniper Gin, just in different ratios. This changes the final flavour and texture.

Medium levels of clouding occur when mixed due to elevated botanical oils - it’s flavour you can literally see. Our distillery is located in South Australia and this particular gin is higher than most sitting at 52% abv, giving inspiration for the name, Southern Strength Gin
