This year, we’re looking for ONE cocktail built around the Never Never core range using just three ingredients, promoted in your venue throughout August 2026.

We want to see a cocktail that embodies our Fearless Spirit and Taste for Adventure. Tall, short, on the rocks, straight up, a frappe or a fizz, how you bring your cocktail to life is completely up to you.

WINNERS

This year we have 8 winners from around Australia: 

QLD, SA, NSW+ACT, VIC+TAS, NT AND WA. Plus, Best Menu and promotion and highest volume nationally.

STEP 1:

Create your three-ingredient cocktail, photograph it and submit it via our online portal by July 31st. Make sure it contains a minimum of 30ml of gin. The following do not count towards your total ingredients.

STEP 2

Promote your cocktail in your venue. Your drink needs to be featured on a physical menu during the month of August. Multiple entries can be featured on the same menu. Over and above promotion will also go towards your final score.

Entrants must be available to travel to Adelaide October 3 - 6th (Sat - Tues).
