Introducing Triple Dry Martini. A Collaboration Product between Never Never and Gimlet at Cavendish House. The Triple Dry Martini was built to create the perfect bottled martini experience. Using our Triple Juniper Gin as a base, tannin extract is added to amplify dryness while milk whey is used to drive a decadent mouthfeel.

Triple Dry Martini is a project where we embarked to create the driest martini possible. We were so excited to work with the Gimlet team, given our mutual love for creating world-class martini experiences.
The brief was pretty simple - to make a martini that mimics the traditional version but without vermouth, no exceptions...pretty easy?!
We love creating new interpretations of classics and finding reasons to delve into the relationship between texture and flavour. This was one of the trickiest requests we've ever received, and one of the most exciting results, the Triple Dry Martini is a celebration of classic flavour and martini innovation.
Crucially, the ABV of the finished product allows it to be served freezer-cold without turning into ice, so it can be experienced as cold as possible. When poured from the bottle, it's thick, viscous and mouth coating, which dries out almost immediately due to the added tannin and whey. This bone-dry, Churchillian martini uses ingredients and botanicals to amplify the texture, amplifying dryness in an innovative way. It's dangerously morish and exceptionally delicious.
At Gimlet, the Triple Dry Martini is finished tableside, where it is poured into a frosted cocktail glass with zested citrus and a seasonal tincture as the final flourish.

SMELL
Gentle violet and chamomile on the nose with subtle pine and citrus notes.
TASTE
It is textural and creamy upfront, with notes of white chocolate, liquorice root and orris extending.
FINISH
The finish is long and complex. The tannin and whey structure immediately increases the dryness, creating an amplified dry martini experience.
