OYSTERPALOOZA IS BACK FOR 2026
We’re beyond excited to welcome you back for our fifth annual Oyster Palooza—our epic weekend celebration of all things coastal, held at our stunning distillery door in McLaren Vale.
Timed to sneak in just before World Oyster Day on Wednesday August 5th, this year’s event promises to be the biggest yet! Join us at our brand home as we honour the height of the Pacific oyster season with a festival full of flavour, fun, and frozen gin delights.
Across the weekend ticket holders will be treated to a shucking good time. Think natural South Australian oysters, cocktails made just for the occasion, live oyster shucking and plenty of ‘Shellies’ - our signature frozen gin tastings served straight from the shell.

Start your OysterPalooza weekend the right way with 'Boom - Shuck-Alaka!' - our Friday evening Oyster Event.
Full priced tickets are $59pp, but to celebrate OysterPalooza turning FIVE we're going back to 2021 pricing and offering $40 Early Bird Tickets for all bookings made before the end of May 2026!
Tickets include two drinks from our OysterPalooza menu, Oyster Shell Gin tastings, a half-dozen natural South Australian Pacific Oysters with a selection of cold dressings, and a 'Shellie' - our frozen Oyster Shell Gin served straight from a fresh oyster shell.
Plus enjoy live oyster shucking, drinks specials, our famous 'Shellie' luge and live music.
Additional oysters will be available to purchase at the time of booking by the dozen ($35). Pre-purchase an extra double dozen ($60) when you book your tickets and save $10!
