PRODUCT REFUND, RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

The buyer has no right to cancel, or vary, any order for goods after Never Never Distilling Co. Pty Ltd has accepted that order.

If Never Never Distilling Co. Pty Ltd accepts a return of goods from the buyer, any amount payable by Never Never Distilling Co. Pty Ltd to the buyer as a result of that return of goods is not payable in cash by Never Never Distilling Co. Pty Ltd to the buyer, but may only be applied in reduction of the price payable by the buyer to Never Never Distilling Co. Pty Ltd for future goods sold by Never Never Distilling Co. Pty Ltd to the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Never Never Distilling Co. Pty Ltd.  Such occasions could be considered where a bottle may have a faulty seal or become damaged in transit. Should a product arrive with such issues (and due to no fault of the purchaser) please contact Never Never Distilling Co. Pty Ltd.
