THE GREEN FAIRY
Our Australian Absinthe is made using a unique blend of traditional botanicals, including the 'Holy Trinity,' or absinthe; wormwood, sweet fennel and green anise, as well as lemon balm, aniseed and hyssop. The flavour is vibrant, driven by lashings of green anise and aniseed. When you add chilled water and a sugar cube as per tradition, it takes on an unctuous mouthfeel and sweet, licorice flavour. Serve traditionally using a slotted spoon, sugar and cold water or add a dash to your favourite cocktail.
