About the Recipe

Made with McLaren Vale Grenache grapes, Ginache is a decadent, dessert-style experience.

Freshly picked and crushed fruit is added to our award-winning Triple Juniper Gin and left on skins to develop a rich flavour and colour before being pressed, filtered and bottled.

This is a serve built for volume and works in any season. When you dilute Ginache with tonic water or a soda mixer, it goes from a deep robust purple to a luminous cherry red.

Ingredients

30mL Ginache Gin

120mL Lemon Squash

Orange Wedge garnish

Method

Step 1

Build all ingredients into a highball glass

Step 2

Add quality ice and top with tonic

Step 3

Garnish with a fresh orange wedge
