45mL Ginache Gin

150mL Strangelove Spiced Pineapple Soda

Pineapple wedge to garnish

Method

Step 1

Pour pineapple soda into highball glass filled with ice

Step 2

Slowly pour Ginache Gin on top for sunset look

Step 3

Stir gently til well combined and add pineapple wedge to garnish
