Our Oyster Shell Gin Makes an Exquisite Martini. With Lashings of Wax Flower and Salinity, it scratches the itch of anybody who loves savoury martinis.

A dry serve, this recipe is perfectly accompanied by a fresh local oyster where available. We also highly recommend putting your bottle in the freezer, half an hour before serving, for an extra crisp dry martini.

Ingredients

70mL Oyster Shell Gin

10mL Dry Vermouth

Lemon twist to garnish

Method

Step 1

Add gin and vermouth into a mixing glass, add ice and stir well.

Step 2

Pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with lemon twist.
