BUILT IN COLLABORATION WITH LANDERS POCKET, OUR FIRST DISTILLERY OUTSIDE OF SOUTH AUSTRALIA AND OUR FIRST IN QUEENSLAND.
Native finger lime and white grapefruit immediately jump off the palate. Fresh ginger and Australian pepperberry lifts the citrus with a gentle spark of spice. The result is a lively, zesty gin that feels right at home in a Lemon, lime and bitters or a fragrant G&T.
Sean and Tim were both born in the Sunshine State and are thrilled to be making gin with local Queensland ingredients. Only one of them actually knows the rules to rugby league though.
Smell
Freshly grated ginger and zesty finger lime with pepperberry, shaved coconut, and bruised lime leaf.
Taste
Bright citrus and earthy ginger root carried on a wave of oily coconut butter and rich spice. The finish is long and carries a classic London Dry juniper richness.
