THE NAVY STRENGTH GIN
Juniper Being a vintage gin, each release shows subtle differences in character and profile from year to year. The vintage is important as it highlights that freshness drives the juniper character that we want to capture in our Juniper Freak Gin.
Bottled at the official navy strength of 58%, this gin is long, complex and viscous. Heavy clouding occurs when you add tonic water.
SMELL
Concentrated juniper presents immediately. Bright, pine-lime splice mingling with fresh pine needles and split gum leaf.
TASTE
Thick and viscous. Bold juniper making way to peppery menthol.
FINISH
Long with resinous juniper oils coating the palate and pepper berry developing late.
