Fancy Fruit Cup is an Australian take on England’s favourite garden cocktail.
Combining our award-winning Triple Juniper Gin with Marionette’s barrel-aged Orange Curaçao as well as a blend of spices and Earl Grey tea to create a uniquely Australian aperitif.
The fancy fruit cup recipe is easy. Just add equal parts Fancy Fruit Cup, lemonade and dry ginger ale along with your favourite seasonal fruit garnishes. We use orange, strawberries, cucumber and mint but peaches, raspberries, rockmelon and mango all work beautifully.
Complex citrus mingles with tea, fragrant pine and wooded spice.
Sweet initially, then dry, with bergamot, orange rind, ginger root, cinnamon and juniper lingering.
Aperitif in nature, the addition of sweet curacao offers initial viscosity before along, extended finish of tea tannin and spice.
