Pink Peppercorn and Sichuan pepper deliver an exciting spice profile that marries beautifully with the citrus notes of pink grapefruit and mandarin. Due to this spice and citrus complexity this gin works wonderfully with food.
Pink Pepper Gin
Pink Pepper Gin includes all of our signature nine botanicals and also includes seven other botanicals unique to this gin. These include pink peppercorn, Sichuan pepper, pink grapefruit, mandarin, poppy seed, gunpowder tea and pink Murray River salt.
Pink Pepper Gin still utilises the Triple Juniper Process which is at the heart of every gin that we make. This gin was purpose-built to make exceptional G&Ts, highball serves and classic Negroni’s, all extremely popular at Hains & Co.
SMELL
Deep Pink grapefruit zest and juniper pine jump from the glass with crushed pink peppercorn and toasted Sichuan adding spice and fruit notes
TASTE
Fresh Bright mandarin and grapefruit combine with fragrant orris character developing into warm pepper spice, with poppy seed adding a rich textural complexity. Gunpower tea, Sichuan pepper and pink Murray river salt linger and add length
