Ingredients

60mL Beeswax and Olive Gin

10mL Mancino Bianco Ambrato

Barspoon of Manzanilla sherry

Lemon twist to garnish

Method

Step 1	Add Beeswax & Olive gin, Ambrato and sherry into a tall mixing glass. Top with ice
Step 2	Stir amply until well combined. Pour into a frosty coupe and garnish with lemon twist.
