Ingredients

30mL Oyster Shell Gin

20mL Yuzucello (or Limoncello)

40mL Prosecco

2 scoops lemon sorbet

Lemon zest garnish

Method

Step 1Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix vigorously until combined.
Step 2Pour into a frozen cocktail glass, garnish with zested lemon peel and enjoy!
