The Seafoam Scroppino effortlessly combines the salted citrus notes of our Oyster Shell Gin with zesty yuzu or limoncello, sparkling Prosecco and frothy lemon sorbet to create the perfect brunch date. As white and bright as marbled waves breaking across the Australian coastline.
Ingredients
30mL Oyster Shell Gin
20mL Yuzucello (or Limoncello)
40mL Prosecco
2 scoops lemon sorbet
Lemon zest garnish
Method
Step 1 | Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix vigorously until combined. |
Step 2 | Pour into a frozen cocktail glass, garnish with zested lemon peel and enjoy! |
