We have collaborated with the team at Gimlet at Cavendish House to create an exciting new bottled gin martini. The brief was simple, it had to be the driest martini possible. The latest in our collaborative serives, the Triple Dry Martini uses wood tannin, and milk whey to create extreme dryness on the palate. 

And we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Our Triple Dry Martini is indeed dry, but with an impeccable balance and drinkability.  

To enjoy the Triple Dry Martini the way we intended we recommend placing your bottle in the freezer for at least a few hours, overnight for the best results.

Lemon zest to garnish

Method

Step 1Freeze bottle for several hours (for best results overnight.)
Step 2Pour directly into a frozen martini glass.
Step 3Garnish with lemon zest
