The name says it all. Beautiful fresh acidity is balanced by the candied apple and fresh raspberry of our 2022 Ginache - help together with a beautiful creamy texture that tastes even better than it looks.
The deep raspberry red has a ruby hue. Bright hibiscus pink when diluted with the other ingredients. This is our slightly sweeter edition due to the naturally sweet taste of Ginache. For a slightly dryer serve, add a tad more lemon juice for that real sour taste!
Ingredients
60mL Ginache Gin
30mL Lemon Juice
20mL Sugar syrup
1 egg white
Orange twist to garnish
Method
Step 1 | Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice to emulsify egg whites. |
Step 2 | Add ice and shake hard |
Step 3 | Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with orange twist |
