When we built our gins, from the very outset, they needed to work in a martini. That’s not because we wanted to sell a lot of martinis, it’s because we wanted to drink a lot of martinis.
Our Triple Juniper gin is heavy in juniper and citrus oil, it builds a textural mouthfeel for this reason. The delicate oils in citrus, juniper and our other fresh botanicals are often where we look to find the silky, fleshy, mouthcoating, luxurious texture you’ll find in a lot of our gins.
That's why it stands on its own with just a small amount of dry vermouth and a lemon twist to garnish.
Ingredients
60ml Never Never Triple Juniper Gin
10ml quality dry vermouth
Lemon twist to garnish
Method
Step 1 | Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. |
Step 2 | Fill with ice. |
Step 3 | Stir until a frost develops on the outside of the mixing glass. |
Step 4 | Strain into a frozen glass and garnish with a lemon twist. |
