When you mix our Ginache with tonic water, it goes from a deep cherry red to a luminous sunset pink. The undertones of raspberry and orange make picking a garnish pretty easy. We prefer a nice thick orange wedge when pairing with your favourite tonic.

We prefer to use less tonic than usually recommended in this serve so the bright red berry character really shines through. We don't add any sugar to our Ginache, the inherent sweetness comes from the time this gin spends on Grenache skins and fruit.
