If we’re making a gin aligned to the very best that Italy has to offer it better make a damn good Negroni.

We wanted to build a gin whose purpose was to create delicious coffee and chocolate forward Negronis and work with the dark earthy flavours found in Italian sweet vermouth.

Ingredients

30mL Coffee & Cacao Gin

30mL Campari

30mL Rosso Vermouth

Orange peel to garnish

Method

Step 1Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice
Step 2Stir for at least one minute or until well combined. 
Step 3Add orange peel to garnish and enjoy!
