We wanted to build a gin whose purpose was to create delicious coffee and chocolate forward Negronis and work with the dark earthy flavours found in Italian sweet vermouth.
30mL Coffee & Cacao Gin
30mL Campari
30mL Rosso Vermouth
Orange peel to garnish
Step 1 | Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice |
Step 2 | Stir for at least one minute or until well combined. |
Step 3 | Add orange peel to garnish and enjoy! |
