Super easy to make once you have the peach puree. The perfect drink to enjoy as you raise a glass to the last sunsets of summer.

Ingredients

15mL Triple Juniper Gin

15mL white peach puree

10mL sugar syrup

100mL prosecco

Peach slice

Method

Step 1Add Gin, Puree and Sugar Syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well
Step 2Strain into a chilled champagne flute and top with prosecco. Garnish with peach wedge.
