Who doesn’t love the sound of peach and sparkling wine?
Named after the 15th century painter Giovanni Bellini, due to his love for using rich pinks in his work - the Bellini is a mouthwatering balance of rich peach and clean acidity from the prosecco.
Super easy to make once you have the peach puree. The perfect drink to enjoy as you raise a glass to the last sunsets of summer.
Ingredients
15mL Triple Juniper Gin
15mL white peach puree
10mL sugar syrup
100mL prosecco
Peach slice
Method
Step 1 | Add Gin, Puree and Sugar Syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well |
Step 2 | Strain into a chilled champagne flute and top with prosecco. Garnish with peach wedge. |
