Ginache Charlie Chaplin
We love the Charlie Chaplin, originally made using equal parts sloe gin, apricot brandy and fresh lime juice. We like to use Ginache, instead of sloe gin to create a tart, sherbert-driven cocktail that zips across the palate.
This iconic cocktail recipe is bound to get your taste buds activated. Originally a pre-Prohibition cocktail, and largely forgotten in modern times, the cocktail is a rich and indulgent mixture of glamorous flavours.
Named after the famous actor Charlie Chaplin, this cocktail was invented in New York City's Waldorf Astoria hotel.
This cocktail has a glimmer of Old Hollywood, with a pink hue and a bold rich body, this drink is sure to warm on cold winter nights.
