Okay we aren't 100% sure but this cocktail is rumoured to be Taylor's favourite cocktail. So we decided to make our version of it featuring our Beeswax & Olive Gin.

Make sure you give this cocktail a go at home, maybe even as pres for the Eras tour!

Ingredients

30mL Beeswax & Olive Gin

15mL Elderflower Liqueur

60mL Lillet Blanc

60mL Grapefruit juice

Lemon bitters

Method

Step 1	Fill glass with ice and set aside
Step 2	Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add all ingredients
Step 3	Shake vigorously for 30 seconds
Step 4	Remove ice from glass and any remaining water and strain cocktail in.
Step 5	Lemon twist to garnish
