Carn The Pear Gin is all about that delicious pear flavour that the Port fanbase absolutely adores.

⁠It’s a cracking representation of juicy, local Williams pears bursting with fresh fruit flavour. ⁠And we've recently discovered the gin tastes amazing in a dry martini serve! ⁠

Ingredients

60mL Carn the Pear Gin

10mL Dry vermouth, (our preferred for this gin is Noilly Prat)

Pear slice to garnish

Method

Step 1Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until well combined.
Step 2Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with thin slice of pear.
