It’s a cracking representation of juicy, local Williams pears bursting with fresh fruit flavour. And we've recently discovered the gin tastes amazing in a dry martini serve!
60mL Carn the Pear Gin
10mL Dry vermouth, (our preferred for this gin is Noilly Prat)
Pear slice to garnish
Step 1 | Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until well combined. |
Step 2 | Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with thin slice of pear. |
