An Oyster Shell Martini is delicate and dry - perfect for a hot summer's day and best served as ice-cold as possible.
A dry serve, this recipe is perfectly accompanied by a fresh local oyster where available. We also highly recommend putting your bottle in the freezer, half an hour before serving, for an extra crisp dry martini.
