Ingredients

60mL Australian Absinthe

20mL Sugar Syrup

Splash of chilled water

Crushed ice

Mint to garnish

Method

Step 1Shake absinthe, syrup and chilled water.
Step 2Fine strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
Step 3Garnish with mint and serve.
