This drink is bittersweet, like the past we once shared. The sweetness from the Grenache Gin combines with the acidity of the lime juice and curacao for a perfectly balanced drink.

Loosely based upon the Cosmopolitan.

Ingredients

45mL Ginache Grenache Gin

15mL Marionette Orange Curacao

25mL Cranberry Juice

10mL Lime juice

Flamed orange zest to garnish

Method

Step 1	Add all ingredients except for orange zest hard in a cocktail shaker full of ice
Step 2	Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Step 3	Garnish with orange zest, pinched quickly over the top of an open flame
