This cocktail is our take on the Aperol Spritz, this time using our Ginache as the base spirit.

It's a refreshing rendition of the classic and is guaranteed to take your mind off that ex for a minute or two.

Ingredients

50mL Ginache Grenache Gin

100mL Sparkling wine or prosecco

Soda Water to top

Orange slice to garnish

Step 1	Build all ingredients into a glass before adding any ice
Step 2	Add ice and garnish with a thick orange slice
